Program Manager

+5 years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar managerial role who is fluent in Spanish and possesses deep knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Projects: Manage and coordinate multiple interrelated projects to ensure they align with the organization's goals.
  
• Strategic Planning: Develop long-term goals and strategies for projects, ensuring they contribute to the company's objectives.
  
• Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for programs and projects.
