Do you have strong communication skills and experience supporting complex projects in a matrixed organization? We are looking for a Program Manager for the Brand Strategy team that works primarily on brand strategy, identity, naming, architecture, engagement and research.

How You'll Make Your Mark:

Key Focus Areas:

• Support key brand strategy and engagement initiatives
• Lead special projects
• Manage cobranding and partner reviews and develop guidelines
• Develop best practice for program management to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop communication tools and templates for senior management review
• Support planning activities and budget management
• Develop dashboard and reporting approach

Additional Responsibilities:

• Executive summaries (project overviews and updates)
• Strong deck development skills (narrative/flow)
• Ability to conduct spot research and create consideration sets (pros/cons) as needed

About You:

Education and Experience Required:

• BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of program management experience
• Working knowledge of HPE organization and portfolio
• Strategic acumen, ability to read the room, outstanding communication skills
• Strong team player with a willingness to step outside of comfort zone and adopt a multi-disciplinary approach

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in communication, tactics, and tools
• Hands-on roll up your sleeve strategist and team player
• Ability to understand product offerings, and company/BU goals and translate them to brand strategy
• Excellent written/oral communications
• Strong program/project management skills and tools and bias for action
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy
• Strong team player with a willingness to step outside of comfort zone and adopt a multi-disciplinary approach
• Ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams as well as net alignment
• Comfortable with problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution
• Mastery in Microsoft Office365 suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Slack, Teams
• Proven ability to develop and execute a program
• Working knowledge of HPE organization and portfolio
• Cobranding/partner knowledge a plus
