We are currently seeking a Program Manager - Business Development to join our dynamic Air Solutions team. This is a remote based role.

This position is for a Program Manager - Business Development. As a Program Manager - Business Development, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and implementation of new business initiatives and partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to pursue them, and manage programs to ensure their successful implementation.

What you will do

• You will develop and manage new business initiatives and partnerships, including identifying opportunities, conducting research, and developing business cases. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to pursue new business opportunities.• Manage the full lifecycle of new business initiatives and partnerships, including program planning, development, execution, and evaluation.• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.• Manage program resources, including personnel, budgets, and other resources.• Ensure that programs are aligned with business objectives, stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements.• Develop and maintain program metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and ensure successful program outcomes.• Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.• Identify and manage program risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans.• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new business initiatives and partnerships.

To be sucesful, you will need;

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, program management or related field• Strong knowledge of business development methodologies, tools, and best practices• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams and projects.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.• Travel 50% of the time• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range: 110,000- 130,000. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.

This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
