Our Researach & Insights Business Unit is looking for a Manager of Program and Project Delivery to join the team! Our R&I departments delivers world-class, ground-breaking health research in partnership with our customers. This is made possible with our health research platform and delivery organization built to run decentralized research at scale, enabling us to build trust and lasting engagement with both participants and customers alike.

The Manager of Program & Project Delivery is responsible for the successful delivery of Evidation’s studies. This individual is the external face of Evidation during study delivery, and collaborates across internal team members throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure that contractual and relationship commitments to sponsors and stakeholders are fully realized. In this role, you will be expected to make use of interpersonal and project management skills to ensure that studies are delivered on time and within budget.

This role requires skills including, but not limited to, project management, relationship management, cross-functional communications, and complex problem solving. We are looking for individuals who excel in a team-oriented environment and know when to take control of a situation in order to drive all parties to a desired outcome.

• Manage on-time, and high quality, delivery efforts by employing core project management skills that include: development and delivery of cross stakeholder communications, timelines and milestones; resource and budget planning; and risk identification/mitigation
• Identify solutions in situations with ambiguity in order to ensure forward delivery progress in a timely manner
• Liaise with external sponsors and work with internal leadership to staff and support external facing project activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads (technical, product, etc.) and other stakeholders to ensure that delivery is properly coordinated across internal delivery teams
• Facilitate collaboration across internal and external teams in order to more quickly and effectively resolve issues or mitigate risks that may come up during delivery
• Regularly meet with internal leadership to review project status, assess client satisfaction, identify and resolve/ mitigate issues and risks, and identify areas for process improvement 
• Monitor progress against the contract and prepare/present delivery information proactively to stakeholders (internally and externally).
• Manage and oversee team activities including appropriate resourcing of staff, staff assignments, quality control, and the quality of program/project deliverables
• Internal and external meeting notes
  • RAID Log tracking (internal and external)
  • Preparing follow up action items for review by PM
  • Supplemental Testing Planning and Operationalization Support (Vendor Testing, E2E Testing)
  • Vendor Management Support with the transition from Jennifer David to core team already in progress

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS
• 5+ years of account management, project/program management, or consulting experience in a healthcare or research setting
• At least 1 years of direct experience in, or deep exposure to clinical research. Desired past employers include: biopharma, CRO, SRO, IRO, investigative site, digital health/ health IT / clinical technology company focused on research stakeholders and use cases
• Proficiency in project management skills and tools
• Successful experience working in client-facing roles
• Experience interfacing with Director level and above in internal and external organizations
• Demonstrated experience in building relationships with leadership teams and engaging internal and external leaders in project planning and delivery activities
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong team player with proven ability to lead through influence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with pharmaceutical, digital health, or healthcare projects/programs
• Experience with start-up companies
• Program management training and/or certifications
