Program Manager, Delivery (Remote)

The ezCater Customer Care & Operations team plays a critical role in creating fans through memorable positive experiences for our customers, caterers and delivery drivers. This position supports the Sr. Strategy & PgMO Manager and will work closely with our delivery and catering partner key stakeholders to ensure that we have an optimal delivery experience for customers, partners, and caterers.  

What You'll Do: 

• Will have full ownership of a program(s) from the scoping/creation until the implementation for the Delivery Experience life cycle within ezCater for both Catering Partner Self-Delivery and Third Party Delivery.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the collection and deployment of requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  
• Define, prioritize and plan the resources and technical requirements needed for programs to be delivered on time.
  
• Develop, write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, write specifications, and drive the product development from design to release.
  
• Coordinate and deliver clear, precise, and regular communication with all stakeholders. This includes ongoing project/program status reports as well as capturing requirements.
  
• Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the program.
  
• Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, curious, highly motivated and effective within distributed teams.
  
• Consolidates, communicates and ensures resolution of all issues. Manage updates, maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders and sponsors at executive level.
  
• Develop, lead, and execute a strategic roadmap for end to end service optimization initiatives.
  
• Provide thought leadership to continue to challenge the status quo and bring the ezCater catering partner delivery experience to best in class.
  
• Implement best in class support practices that help scale the organization while driving exceptional customer experiences.
  
• Collaborate and link synergies across several critical functions (service, supply, product, technology, dispatch, delivery partners, catering partners).
  

What You Have: 

• Skilled in complex problem solving, critical thinking and decision making.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-focused program management.
• Exceptional skill and capabilities in wide scale program and project management.
• High comfort level with data - able to find trends and use data to drive progress and innovation.
• Proven experience thriving in ambiguity & change.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $129,000.
