Summary

This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Associate Director - Quality. As a Program Manager (Deputy Associate Director - Quality), you will ensure the activities of the Quality Directorate are aligned with and support the Director's/Deputy Director's and Associate Director's (Quality) vision and strategic goals, organizational core values, and annual action items as well as performance measures.

SUITABILITY, CLEARANCE & REQUIREMENTS: A background investigation will be required for all new hires. Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes experience:
  • Leading the overall direction of a quality assurance program; AND
  • Working with external stakeholders regarding quality issues and program initiatives; AND
  • Developing policies and preparing official reports.
