Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to partner with Product Management, Engineering, and GTM teams to launch a large-scale multi-cloud networking service for the next phase of our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute an agile program framework and operating cadence to launch a large-scale multi-cloud networking service
  • Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, GTM, and other cross-functional stakeholders globally to advance strategic initiatives and product launches
  • Build a metric-driven culture, assist teams to define measures of success, and manage against OKRs to provide data driven insights for operational efficiencies
  • Provide inputs to business cases for strategic initiatives and build a compelling story to articulate outcomes to help in prioritize and allocate resources
  • Lead group discussions and workshops to facilitate decision-making towards definite outcomes
  • Communicate with team members, key stakeholders, and executive leadership, adapting content to the audience
  • Experienced leading Cloud/SaaS product development in a matrixed organization
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies to support cloud services development and adoption
  • A team player who can manage through influence and be a trusted partner for cross-functional teams
  • When faced with issues, you apply lateral thinking and analyze available information to solve complex problems
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience engaging teams in a collaborative, distributed environment
  • You make data-driven decisions when available, and push for making data available when they aren't
  • You're a servant leader, understanding that your team is successful because of you working to empower them and remove barriers

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience preferred
  • Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

  • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $111,000 to $185,000
  • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $104,000 to $172,000
  • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $94,000 to $156,000

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
