The NXT Digital Product Creation Innovation team provides a competitive advantage by using the power of modern technologies, methodologies, skills, and services to fuel advanced athlete insights, product innovation, and craft. We seek to identify and accelerate new digital approaches to generating athlete insights, designing innovative products, and using advanced manufacturing methods to create compelling consumer product and services.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently seeking a Digital Program Manager with a strong technical and creative skill, and experience leading digital technologies and capability development. This role will lead product proof of concept and pilots, help gather and organize feedback and performance metrics, and establish the groundwork for product transition and will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Program & Portfolio team by connecting dots and providing an integrated perspective across key areas of the digital portfolio.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, building from scratch, and always having a bias for action. They can develop solutions for challenges without an existing playbook. And they know how to partner with various partners to ultimately implement change.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Digital Program Manager, you will be required to apply core project management, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills to drive and deliver projects of the highest level of quality that ultimately build great products. Success is defined not only as on time and on budget but partnering with the core team as well as other teams within Nike to discuss and define needs, document, and meet business requirements in a way that demonstrates creativity, a high-level of quality and, most importantly, resulting in great products.

FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THIS WORK INCLUDE:
- Implement and run pilots to help prove plausibility of technology innovation, including running project scope, requirements, and success metrics.

- Work with cross functional teams across the business, and run multiple projects across multiple seasons, and multiple platforms.

- Maintain all project documentation and specifications for your projects, including schedules, and presentation materials

- Identify issues and mitigate quickly, with a strong sense of tact

- Create systems and organization out of a chaotic process

- Ability to be flexible under pressure

- Able to clearly communicate expectations to team members and partners

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Digital Program Manager, will be responsible for leading discrete bodies of work, working with the product team to establish and report on objectives and key results, crafting and driving the cadence of critical meetings, and ensuring that program/project progress is accurate and updated regularly. You must be a strong teammate and successful collaborator with the ability to work directly with a wide range of varied teammates. You will work closely with teammates within Innovation and the Digital Product and Program Directors, as well as be the connect with teammates in Strategy and Finance. Your ability to be organized and deliver results within an ambiguous innovation process is important in this position.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's Degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

- 5+ years' experience as a Program Manager, Sr. Digital Producer or Sr. Project Manager in a video game, animation studio, digital agency, or related field and/or consulting environment

- Experience managing and facilitating collaboration among diverse abilities, including designers, technologists and marketers

- Ability to learn and consolidate highly complex concepts, processes and ideas, and synthesize them into materials to help communicate these ideas in a digestible and simplified manner.

- Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.

- Strong project management capabilities to lead multiple project streams and complexity; curiosity about thinking through projects in a process-oriented way

- Strong attention to detail, proven track record to organize, prioritize and deliver outcomes

- Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical audiences

- Outstanding influencing skills with experience engaging diverse set of cross-functional partners

- Highly flexible, able to quickly adapt to changing priorities

- Nike, Inc. knowledge and established credibility within the business is a plus
