Program Manager, Early Careers
To ensure a future with the best and most diverse talent for Adyen, we’re hiring a Program Manager to build and drive our Early Careers (students & graduates) strategy. In this role you will be responsible for the end to end Early Careers program to attract and grow our talent globally. With the aim to drive an engaging and inspiring journey in which our current and future early career talent can develop effectively. This role will be part of the Global HR team and report into our Head of People Growth.
What you'll do:
- Review our current Early Careers (students & graduates) hiring practices and build a global and scalable Early Careers strategy;
- Work with our global Recruitment, Onboarding, HRBP’s, Rewards and Learning & Development teams to align on responsibilities and expectations of the full Early Career journey;Â
- Roll out global program with a clear communication strategy;Â
- Based on learning needs, align with our L&D team to design a wide range of trainings / (e)-learning offerings;
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on offerings of the Early Careers program;
- Design success metrics, gather quantitative and qualitative and iterate accordingly;
Who you are:
- At least 5 years of global program/project management experience, preferably in a tech / scale-up environment;
- Experience with Early Careers programs in EMEA and the US. You have experience with aligning teams and regions;Â
- Experience working with global learning and development;
- Experience with embedding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into program strategies;Â
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; the ability to translate data for different audiences;
- You are a strong collaborator - you easily built networks and know how to engage and work closely with your key stakeholders to create impact;
- You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
