The Program Manager, a fully remote position, reports directly to the Manager - Business Intelligence and Analytics and is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of analytics projects that deliver valuable insights and drive business growth. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Your expertise in analytics, data management, and project management will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of innovation within the company. By staying up-to-date with the latest trends in analytics, data engineering, and program management, you will ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of the enterprise analytics roadmap.

Essential job functions:

  • Lead the definition of analytic requirements by actively engaging with stakeholders, collecting and documenting feature requirements, and ensuring clear communication for the development and use of advanced analytic solutions.
  • Establish and communicate success criteria for each project, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of data collection, interpretation, and analysis, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Enhance company efficiency by leveraging data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and data science methodologies.
  • Facilitate Agile development processes, including driving sprint planning, crafting user stories, refining backlog items, and defining release schedules.
  • Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously to deliver tangible business value.
  • Manage project intake, requirements gathering, and prioritization of the analytics and source system integration backlog to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including customers, business teams, and technology experts, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
  • Cultivate a culture of data-informed decision-making across the organization by promoting the use of analytics and fostering a data-driven mindset.
  • Conduct usability tests and QA testing to ensure the highest quality of analytic solutions and adherence to industry standards.

QualificationsMinimum Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably within an enterprise analytics or data-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex analytics projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in driving Agile development processes and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions, APIs, and other relevant data integration technologies.
  • Experience leveraging agile project management tools, such as JIRA.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members, customers, and business leaders.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in conducting usability tests and QA testing to ensure the highest quality of analytic solutions.
  • Professional certifications such as ScrumMaster, CSPO, PMP, PgMP, or relevant data analytics certifications are a plus.
