Program Manager, ERP and Financial Systems

We're on the lookout for an experienced Program Manager to oversee various technical projects and implementations. This role will collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead and manage implementation projects related to NetSuite and other financial systems.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time, and on-budget implementations.
• Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and Operations, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business needs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including system implementers, overseeing their performance and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
• Stay up-to-date with project management methodologies and best practices, and implement them effectively.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years experience in a dedicated Project Management role, managing multiple complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, specifically NetSuite implementations and migrations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Proven experience working in a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Trustworthiness and high level of confidentiality.
• Strong conflict resolution skills – Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches.
• Flexibility and agility to respond quickly, effectively in a highly dynamic, changing environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with Zuora preferred
