Program Manager, Events and Experiences
Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in internal events planning and program management focus on DEI and culture.
- Experience in planning and creating program budgets.
- Experience in full-cycle program management with limited supervision.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing working groups independently while tailoring materials to the audience.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement while driving excellence and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead internal DIE and Cultural events and experience programs from inception to completion and thinks through implications for the Devices and Services Product Area (DSPA).
- Manage groups independently while tailoring materials to the audience.
- Evaluate data, develops creative concepts, and resolve issues.
- Manage communications within the core project team of internal and external stakeholders and develop relationships with cross-functional teams across Google.
- Execute Devices and Services Product Area (DSPA) experiences and balance internal and external client interests.
