The Opportunity
As a Program Manager for the Employee Experience Program Management Office [EX PMO], you will partner with HR Business Partners and COE leaders across the org to develop, manage, and optimize key initiatives, processes, and operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong program and change management skills and an exceptional attention to detail. You are always ready to "roll up" your sleeves and dig into details to assess business needs and identify gaps in strategic operations. What You'll Do
- Partner with HR Business Partners [HRBPs] to streamline and standardize delivery of critical HR programs and initiatives to business leaders.
- Identify, design, implement, and optimize process and technology improvements to improve HRBP efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence [COEs] on cross-functional initiatives to enable clear and consistent roll-outs of programs and processes
- Provide operational support to HRBP leaders and their teams, including creating dashboards/ad hoc reports and insights on key employee metrics, facilitating meetings, and taking on additional special projects as needed
- Spearhead special initiatives to support EX PMO priorities to drive effective portfolio management, prioritization, collaboration, and communication across the organization
What you need to succeed:
- 8+ years of experience in program management or operations, preferably within HR
- Proven track record managing global HR programs from conception through completion, and implementing and optimizing cross-functional processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, identify and align diverse perspectives, and advise senior partners
- Ability to align project goals with organizational objectives, apply strategic vision to program planning and execution, and leverage data to derive insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at identifying issues, proposing solutions, and making decisions to keep projects on track.
- Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 -- $193,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
