Program Manager - Federal Financials

Chevo Consulting is currently hiring an experience in Program Manager - Federal Financials with experience in budget execution and/or Business Management. Qualified candidates must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of multi-functional teams. Specialized experience includes project development, expertise in management and control of funds and resources, and demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks. This position will be a hybrid work environment. Client location is in Washington D.C.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the work of multiple project managers and analysts responsible for planning and executing all contract requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team in the performance of the work and reviews the quality of all work products.
• Provide Task Order status reporting.
• Ensure full conformance with Task Order requirements, schedules, and costs.
• Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization, including direct reporting and coordination with multiple division directors.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
• Organize, direct, and manage all operational support necessary to satisfactorily perform the work required in the PWS.
• Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.
• Will be given authority and responsibility to identify and commit resources required to support the effort.

Required Qualifications:

• BA. or B.S. degree in business or information technology related field.
• Previous experience supporting DHS.
• Minimum fourteen (14) years of business management experience.
• 8 years of increasing responsibilities in assignment supervision and management.
• 10+ years of project and program management experience.
• Ability to demonstrates written and oral communication skills.
• PMP certification
• Experience in federal budget execution and/or business management

Desired requirements:

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in Financial Management, Cost Estimating, Procurement
  Strategic Planning and Execution, or Business Management.
• Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of multi-functional teams. Specialized experience: includes project development, expertise in management and control of funds;
