Position Overview
The Partner Success team in Autodesk Customer Success Design is looking for a versatile, passionate individual who has experience in program management, partnerships, communications, and project management. This person would leverage this experience to champion the Partner Success programs available to Autodesk Partners globally.
The Partner Success team in Autodesk Customer Success Design is focused on scaling the delivery of customer success motions to all customers through our extensive Partner network, leading to significantly increased coverage of accounts, higher retention rates and more loyal customers. We are focused on improving Partner's desire to provide meaningful customer success experiences that increase trust, retention, and facilitate expansion.
The Partner Success Program Manager will be accountable for the execution and management of world class programs for Autodesk's Solution Providers Worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Effectively work alongside Partner Success Managers, Commercial Customer Success, Partner Enablement, Channel Management (and other partner facing teams) to launch and manage especially innovative (sometimes tricky), never-tried-before initiatives that require a sharp change management discipline
- Evangelize these programs with key stakeholders, in and outside of Autodesk
- Develop and refine communication materials and gather feedback for program documentation improvement
- Think of and propose new ways to present materials that reduces complexity and confusion
- Work with Channel Sales Enablement to bring a unified partner approach to communication and change management, including leveraging existing partner programs, events, and activities
- Engage with regional teams and gain buy-in about regional deployment of programs and content and manage those rollouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify relevant topics, co-develop program materials, prepare communications, and guide & influence system development to support program execution
- Actively manage reporting and metrics on the impact partner programs are delivering for Autodesk and Partners
- Monitor program effectiveness with Partners and make recommendations for change as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Project and Program Management
- Proven track record of executing integrated programs and strategies
- Effective at synthesizing and distilling large amounts of data and drawing next steps and opportunities for optimization
- Effective at working cross-functionally and collaboratively to influence and align global initiatives and priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-directed and results-oriented
- 5+ years of Partner/Channel experience
- 5+ years experience Program/Project Management
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or equivalent work experience

Le gestionnaire du programme de reussite des partenaires sera responsable de l'execution et de la gestion des programmes de classe mondiale pour les fournisseurs de solutions Autodesk dans le monde entier.
Responsabilites
- Travailler efficacement aux côtes des responsables de la reussite des partenaires, de la reussite commerciale des clients, du soutien aux partenaires, de la gestion des canaux (et d'autres equipes en contact avec les partenaires) pour lancer et gerer des initiatives particulièrement innovantes (parfois delicates) et jamais essayees auparavant, qui necessitent une discipline de gestion du changement pointue
- Promouvoir ces programmes auprès des principales parties prenantes, a l'interieur et a l'exterieur d'Autodesk
- Élaborer et peaufiner les ressources de communication et recueillir des commentaires pour ameliorer la documentation du programme
- Penser et proposer de nouvelles façons de presenter des ressources qui reduisent la complexite et la confusion
- Travailler avec la facilitation des ventes par canaux pour apporter une approche partenaire unifiee a la communication et a la gestion du changement, notamment en tirant parti des programmes, evenements et activites partenaires existants
- S'engager avec les equipes regionales et obtenir l'adhesion au deploiement regional des programmes et du contenu et gerer ces deploiements
- Collaborer avec les equipes interfonctionnelles pour identifier les sujets pertinents, codevelopper les ressources du programme, preparer les communications et orienter le developpement du système pour soutenir l'execution du programme
- Gerer activement les rapports et les mesures sur l'incidence des programmes partenaires pour Autodesk et ses partenaires
- Surveiller l'efficacite du programme avec les partenaires et recommander des changements au besoin
Exigences minimales
- Experience en gestion de projets et de programmes
- Experience averee dans l'execution de programmes et de strategies integres
- Capacite a synthetiser et distiller de grandes quantites de donnees et a dessiner les prochaines etapes et les opportunites d'optimisation
- Capacite a travailler de manière interfonctionnelle et collaborative afin d'orienter et d'harmoniser les initiatives et les priorites mondiales
- Competences exceptionnelles en communication ecrite et orale
- Proactivite, autodirection et conscience des resultats
- Au moins cinq ans d'experience partenaire/canal
- Au moins cinq ans d'experience en gestion de programme/projet
- Au moins cinq ans d'experience connexe avec un baccalaureat; ou trois ans et une maîtrise; ou experience de travail equivalente

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $61,400 and $105,820. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
