Job Summary:

The Global Talent & Learning Solutions MDP Program Manager will be responsible for the execution, management and tracking of Global Talent programs to help grow, engage and retain our talent.

We are looking for an innovative, action-oriented, pragmatic Program Manager (PM) to support the evolution and implementation of our Talent Development programs as part of the Global Talent & Learning Solutions Team. The right candidate will have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in talent processes, practices and program/project management. The successful candidate must have experience in managing and facilitating multiple talent processes or programs at once, must be comfortable working with ambiguity, and relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. Formal training or education in Talent Management, Human Performance Technology, and Talent Development is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and be accountable for multiple, global deployments of Learning & Development / Talent development initiatives
  • Leverage technology, external vendor partnerships and systems to determine a scalable approach to global talent development
  • Diligently track key milestones and required launch tasks
  • Scope, evaluate and implement KPIs that inform meaningful L&D / Talent development program discussions and prioritization
  • Serve as the conduit to our stakeholders including building awareness of our talent development roadmap
  • Drive learning to support our culture of high performance and engagement
  • Support talent management annual processes with a repeatable after action review to drive continuous organizational learning
  • Partner with HRBPs and remote teams to help define the needs of the business and build relevant talent development experiences always with a global mindset


Qualifications:
  • Program management and administration skills: organization, managing details, ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities, time management, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results
  • Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
  • Aptitude for learning and using technology for data analysis
  • 4 Year degree from an accredited university.
