Position Overview

As Program Manager, Growth & Monetization you will be pivotal in driving efforts to scope, develop, and implement new monetization programs. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly collaborative and organized. You will work directly with multiple teams across Autodesk to understand goals, constraints, business needs, and to identify creative solutions. You will take ownership around the planning, rapid progression, and high-quality execution of programs that form the foundation of future Autodesk revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Drive communication and workflows across teams and cross-functional partners as the key integration point in order to build out to new monetization programs
• Own business requirements gathering and manage execution by internal partners
• Organize and focus project team time and effectiveness
• Anticipate organizational needs and pursue proactive solutions
• Act as a thought partner in everything from day-to-day discussions to long-term strategy and planning
• Maintain project tracking tools

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in similar roles
• Expertise in driving nuanced, cross-functional programs with the ability to understand and articulate both the 30,000 foot business strategy of the program and the granular details of buildout
• Capable of making business recommendations and action plans based on data analysis
• Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long-term goals
• Excellent communication skills: Core strengths around written and verbal communication as well as data analysis and technical understanding
• Self-starter and adaptable: You're energized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaborator: You love working with others to make things happen

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,800 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
