Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Program Manager in support of the V-22 program. The successful candidate will provide oversight to ensure adherence to program schedules, costs, milestones and technical performance, prepare corrective action plans, and coordinate proposal preparation. The Program Manager will be accountable for achieving all internal financial goals, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance to all applicable policies and procedures. The Program Manager will work closely with V-22 customers and across service areas to ensure programmatic concerns are addressed in a timely manner to foster a strong working relationship.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of program management practices including scheduling (MS Project), earned value management systems (EVMS), financial systems and program control, risk and opportunity (R&O) management.
• Demonstrated innovative 'out of the box' thinking to support business objectives.
• Quick learner with clear drive to understand new technologies, capabilities, and customers.
• Effective oral, written, listening and computer skills to develop and present briefings.
• Sound ethical values built upon trust, respect and 'doing the right thing'.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance at a minimum.

Desired Skills:

• Prior DoD customer experience.
• Project management experience.
• Prior experience successfully leading a cross functional team of diverse individuals to a common business objective. Experience working with and leading multiple subcontractors while executing tasking.
• Raytheon Earned Value Management Certified.
• This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
• Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or
• systems in order to provide enhancements within job area.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Six years of relevant experience, which may include military service.

A bachelor's degree or eight (8) years of additional experience in lieu of degree.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8

years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
