WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including go-to-market teams, release management, product operations, and product marketing, to understand tasks and deliverables that are essential for a given release, then drive delivery of those tasks and deliverables

• Drive the end-to-end half year planning process for the Box Consulting (BC), Product Support (PS), Customer Success Management CSM, Customer Health (CH) and Marketing organizations, partnering with executive leadership to produce a plan of record

• Drive project execution and foster connectivity across strategic priorities to increase the quality of business outcomes

• Partner closely with operational teams (e.g., legal, enterprise systems, technical accounting, go-to-market operations) to identify and resolve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project

• Facilitate conversations and drive consensus for complex, ambiguous problems with diverse, sometimes conflicting viewpoints

WHO YOU ARE

• Strong critical thinker, especially as it relates to program design & execution for business challenges

• Exceptional collaborator with an ability to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives 

• 2-3 years of program and project management experience, preferably in go-to-market (GTM)

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field 

• Experience working with SmartSheets, gsheets or related project management tools

• Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and responding to changing needs or shifting priorities while minimizing project impact 

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work well within time constraints to meet critical business needs
