Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager II to join our team. In this role, you will positively impact and accelerate multiple Employee & People Leader Journey initiatives underway by the client's Human Resources team. 

Our ideal candidate will have the skills to organize project teams, create and implement project plans, identify and track milestones and action items, and drive progress. If you enjoy making an impact on a fast-paced team, this position could be a great fit for you!

This position is a hybrid position with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote and will be a W-2 Hourly 6-9 months contract with possible extension.

The hourly rate is $ 40– $43. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement program plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Track and report program performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts within the program team.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Experience in cross-functional team coordination and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
