Program Manager II, Compliance, Regulatory Audits

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• 2 years of experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in project or program management.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience working on information security compliance programs and audits, particularly audits involving technical code reviews, application security testing.

As a Program Manager you will join a Global team addressing the emerging risks pertaining to how we manage, support, and respond to audits required by various regulatory bodies. You will work with Regulatory Affairs leads as well as Google and Alphabet's Legal, Compliance, Investigation, Communications, and Engineering teams to manage programs and projects that help identify, plan for, solve and help the company adapt to Alphabet's risks.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.
  
• Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in collaboration with program stakeholders, including term objectives.
• Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies.
  
• Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
