Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization and analytics solutions for the advertising industry, and we are seeking a Program Manager to join our PMO team. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with Tech and Product Leads to ensure that IAS products are built to industry standards. You will advise and recommend compliance guidance regarding newly built products as well as provide a level of assurance and review on report and accredited metrics. This job will report to the head of Compliance.

You have:

  • Familiarity with big-data technology, products and development processes.
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including working with all types of stakeholders – engineers, product management, architecture, ops/infrastructure, client services, etc. 
  • Experience successfully leading complex, multifaceted technical projects with numerous stakeholders representing different needs, including the ability to clearly track and communicate progress and mitigate/escalate risks and impediments. 
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments.
  • Experience in Ad tech.
  • Experience in Media Rating Council standards and guidelines.
  • Big Four audit experience working on Media Rating Council audits.
  • A strong understanding of IVT and SIVT standards and application.
  • A minimum of 10-years of experience in Ad tech or media measurement.
  • Working knowledge of the IAB organization and working groups.
  • A focus on the big picture, even while managing multiple projects and handling numerous details. 
  • A willingness to be flexible and experiment with processes to ensure the best outcomes, while also maintaining organizational standards.
  • The ability to constantly assess situations holistically and accurately diagnose what is working and what is causing issues.
  • A people-oriented approach, knowing that success relies on people being able to understand and execute their portion of the work.
  • Excellent, respectful and nuanced communication skills, including the ability to communicate diplomatically and with sensitivity while still “telling it like it is”.
  • Empathy to assess critical information from multiple parties with differing interests and perspectives, while leading productive negotiations. 
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead through influence and to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. 
  • A Masters-level degree or equivalent experience.

What puts you over the top:

  • Experience in Ad Tech.
  • A strong understanding and knowledge in IVT and SIVT techniques and compliance in reporting metrics.
  • Experience in Media Rating Council audits.
  • A strong understanding of the various industry standards.
  • A certification in Information Security Auditing.
  • A strong understanding of Agile methodology.
