Job Description:
Our Client's Finance & Procurement Technology team is looking for a Senior Program Manager who is a multi-tasking self-starter with proven leadership experience in matrixed organizations, who obsesses details and drives lightning-fast resolution of items within the scope of their programs. You thrive in new technology spaces and easily build successful relationships across large teams of engineers, product managers, architects, and Agile practitioners.
The role will report directly into a Director of Program Management and will belong to the broader Client's Technology team. Finance & Procurement experiences and capabilities bring the best of Client's experiences to our consumers where they are, to better serve consumers 1:1 and at scale. This role will support global and geo teams in the execution of our vision and strategy as we accelerate the growth of Client's. You will partner closely with a large amount of cross-functional teams including 3rd Party Vendors to lead and drive end-to-end programs.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Communications or Combination of relevant education, experience and training.
A consistent track record driving sophisticated global projects from inception to reality and delivering business results.
Ability to drive higher level conversations and outcomes combined with the ability to get tactical with teams on scope, sceheule and budget.
A deep understanding of what it takes to ship software iteratively in collaboration with large engineering, program, and product teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proven experience leading discussions with senior leadership.
10 years of work experience in the industry
