Program Management , ITIL and experience handling onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

15 to 18 years of experience in software industry

Minimum of 3 + years of experience in Program management

5+ years of experience in project management

Responsible of project deliverables and milestones as per project schedule

Tracking delivery of the project teams and ensuring alignment with customer expectations

Handling a diverse workforce

Handling multiple stakeholders including business teams, IT teams, management etc

Providing delivery progress status and communicating any deviations in terms for project schedule and budget

Project estimations, planning and schedule management

Responsible for project communications with internal and external stakeholders

Managing meetings, agenda, minutes and tracking and follow up of action items

Responsible for project escalations

Responsible for identifying and evaluating the resources for open SO

Experience in ITIL projects

Experience handling onshore and offshore teams.

Must have strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management, project estimations, planning and schedule management, team management, tracking delivery of the project teams and ensuring these are in alignment with customer expectations

Preparing and reporting project status to various stakeholders, providing delivery progress status.
