Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Project/Program Manager IV to provide expert support in Microsoft Office 365 for the Oregon Immunization Program (OIP) ALERT IIS Replacement Project. This position will be embedded within the OIP and will work closely with the OIS Senior Project Manager to deliver project management services and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine project planning and scheduling to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide project management support and assistance with completing project deliverables for the ALERT IIS Replacement Project.
• Liaise with the OIS technical support team to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
• Update project planner with new tasks based on input from the OIP project team.
• Manage multiple complex and detailed schedules, maintaining timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor and control programs to assure timely completion, scheduling and conducting stage gate review meetings with the OIP team.
• Advise on and escalate key issues that impact the project schedule.
• Ensure all resources are allocated to appropriate tasks and produce resource capacity reports, identifying over-allocated and under-utilized resources.
• Devise ad hoc reports for senior management to make informed decisions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
• Prior experience working within state government agencies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of WSDL Language.
• General understanding of HL7, with desired HL7 immunization profiles.
• Proficiency in Visio for process mapping.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
