Program Manager (Korean-English Bilingual)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage client's key business function / program

• Oversee program leads to support enhancement of business for both clients and partners

• Streamline communication for clients and partners to enable business success

• Respond and communicate promptly to all inquiries from clients and partners

• Prepare and present strategic scope / KPIs trends to client executives

• Identify and address failures points by providing innovative solutions to overcome business

challenges

• Identify risks and proactively engage senior management to resolve

• Build cooperative relationships with client and partners

• Perform status tracking, efficiency analysis, resource allocation, data analysis, change log

management, and overall process management support

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION/S:

• Korean-English bilingual proficiency is not required, but preferred

→ Korean: intermediate written and verbal communication skills

→ English: excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in program management, consulting, business analyst preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree

→ Preferred majors: Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, and similar majors

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions

• Must have no restrictions for overseas business trips

• Pass a background check and drug test
