As a program manager of Launch Management at Box, you'll play a critical role in driving our go-to-market activities to ensure on-time delivery of key product launches.  As the launch program manager, you will partner closely with stakeholders across functions such as: Performance Marketing, Campaigns, PR, Product Operations, Product Management, Product Marketing in driving product launches & announcements through the Launch Mgmt. program framework. 

Candidates should bring a passion for how technology is changing the way we work and have some experience creating these kinds of programs. If you’re interested in this role, you should enjoy and have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated solid leadership skills, creativity, and strength in communications and programs. Above all, we're looking for someone collaborative, with a penchant for aiming high and a can-do attitude. 


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with cross-functional internal stakeholders to understand, determine and execute the launch operations project plan, as it related to product and program launches

  • Act as program manager to identify changes and risks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, drive project plans forward, un-blocking and communicating to stakeholders and executives to foster alignment across the organization.

  • Drive the creation of the quarterly product roadmap in conjunction with product marketing, product management, product design and brand teams.

  • Responsible for integrating improvements to the launch management process

  • Identify and creatively solve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each product or program launch

  • Facilitate conversations and drive consensus for complex problems with diverse, sometimes conflicting viewpoints


WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-3 years of program and project management experience, preferably in Marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field 

  • Experience working with project tracking software, gsheets or related project management tools

  • Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and responding to changing needs or shifting priorities while minimizing project impact 

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work well within time constraints to meet critical business needs
