Program Manager - Lead Programs (Americas Marketing)

The America's Lead Management team is looking for an experienced program manager with Sales or Marketing expertise to manage multiple supplier and partner based lead programs. You will manage the flow and success path of these sourced leads from end-to-end: system intake, ongoing communication with Lead Quality and Sales teams, tracking progress through Salesforce including SLA adherence, and providing weekly Salesforce reports to source partners and internal stakeholders.

You'll work with your counterparts at external organizations, providing weekly progress reports, Sales feedback, and suggestions for ongoing program optimization. You will also work with all levels of Sales, from executive leadership to individual territory account managers. Sales training that you write, deliver, and maintain will be an important key to program success.

Familiarity and/or user experience with Salesforce CRM reporting and Tableau dashboards is strongly preferred. Understanding lead lifecycle concepts (both marketing and sales funnels) is a bonus.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Program ownership and management.
  • Manage supplier/partner vendor relationships with lead-share counterparts - provide weekly reporting, feedback from Sales, and collaborate on ways to improve the program moving forward.
  • Track program lead progression in Salesforce, working closely with Salesforce teams and with America's marketing business analyst.
  • Study disqualification reasons to use as basis for further program optimization.
  • Develop and deliver sales training materials.
  • Be the internal expert/liaison/advocate/evangelist for these lead programs; always being prepared with latest program updates
  • Work with Salesforce teams to improve ways for Sales to find and disposition their program leads in Salesforce.
  • Work with all levels of Sales, from executive leadership to individual territory account managers.
  • Provide Salesforce reports to a several internal and external stakeholders.

Job Level Specifications:
  • User experience with Salesforce CRM reporting/Tableau dashboards is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly its basic analytical functions (pivot tables, formulas, de-duping, etc.).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint to write training materials.
  • Understanding lead lifecycle concepts (the typical marketing and sales funnels) is a bonus.
  • Presentation skills

  • Extensive knowledge and application of principles, theories and concepts. Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.
  • Develops solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations and/or data requires in-depth evaluation of variables. Determine best approach to achieve results and provide suggestions to improve policies and procedures.
  • Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Work may be reviewed at a high-level.
  • May represent the organization as a primary contact on assignments and/or projects. Interacts with senior professionals and management and frequently coordinates work between departments or organizations.
  • Actions may impact the organization. Failure to accomplish work will result in the inability to reach crucial organizational goals. Erroneous decisions may have a prolonged effect resulting in the expenditure of substantial resources.
  • 2+ years program management, with additional sales and/or marketing experience.

Work Experience:
  • Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Education and Certification(s):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
