Program Manager - Multi-Channel Sales
Job Description
COUNTRY's Digital Client Experience team is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to advance it's Multi Channel Sales Major Initiative. The Multi-Channel Sales Program manager will be responsible for leading executive level communications, managing issues, eliminating blockers, and supporting agile teams in delivery of key objectives for the program as a whole. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of digital client facing capabilities along with experience in bringing them to market. This individual must also possess a passion for driving digital capabilities forward in order to optimize the customer experience and drive business results.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, or Alpharetta, GA. 100% remote work is also an option, based on candidate location.
How does a Program Manager make an impact?
- Creates, manages and executes project/program plans.
- Builds strong working relationships with team members, vendors/contractors, business and ITS partners to aide in effective execution.
- Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities, management of risks/issues/dependencies, implementation of solutions, and change management activities.
- Ability to manage and track budget and budget variance.
