Program Manager of Operations
Job Description
What you will do here:
Manage all planning activities for Back Office Operations programs including translation of enterprise strategy into operating plans, partnering and collaborating with stakeholders to define program scope, risks, budget, stakeholder impact, and key success metrics.
Responsible to organize multiple projects within a program and gain alignment across stakeholders on the plan. Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to align operating plans to long-term business goals.
Partner with Finance department to create financial models, by pulling and aggregating data from multiple sources to feed revenue and expense projections.
Manage execution activities for these cross-functional programs, including providing input and oversight for multiple project teams, change management,program pilots and testing, and ensuring program and project delivery in accordance with the program timeline, budget and key success metrics.
Manage and resolve issues and roadblocks in partnership with vendors and program stakeholders
Audit all activity related to the programs ensuring that certification requirements are met in a timely manner. Serve as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Back Office audit functions.
Serve as the escalation contact for Back Office Operations as received by Member Engagement.
Partner with key stakeholders to track program effectiveness, and monitor spend and profitability, creating and distributing program communication and all relevant reporting in an accurate and timely manner
Develop and deliver program presentations to stakeholders. Schedule and lead program meetings, to include creation and distribution of meeting agendas and notes
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
4+ years knowledge and expertise in bank operations and procedures, analytics and risk management gained through relevant work experience required.
1+ years of Program Management experience in developing and driving initiatives from start to finish, from recommendation to post-rollout measurement required.
1+ years experience in accounting or finance a plus preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
Advance proficiency in Excel required.
Strong skills in organization, attention to detail, communications, critical thinking, interpersonal relationship management and business acumen required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, planning skills, and analytical skills required.
Ability to multi task, focus, and prioritize multiple projects under pressure to meet deadlines required.
Exceptional problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly identify the root of a problem and determine the appropriate solution that mitigates risk and is a win-win for stakeholders required.
Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute required.
Proven success in working with, and influencing executive leadership teams in a complex, growth oriented environment with changing priorities required.
