Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the successful planning and execution of critical projects and operations as assigned by senior leaders. Responsibilities may be moderately to highly complex and could involve hands-on work with providers, executives, vendors, or other stakeholders to successfully implement innovative care models. This position has a heavy emphasis on working closely with physician offices in support of their goals within the RBE. The successful candidate must have some understanding of change management and be able to integrate with physicians and staff while also. The ideal candidate must also be able to communicate effectively within and across teams, functional units, and management levels.

Essential Job Function:

  • Support physicians and office staff in the understanding and achieving of their goals within the RBE by:

  • Routine office visits
  • Effectively communicating the tenants of the risk model
  • Operations/project management support around performance improvement opportunity

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvement efforts.
  • Assist with establishment and maintenance of market project and program management methodology, standardization, and other department procedures.
  • Coordinates the planning, development, and implementation of new programs or capabilities within the offices in partnership with physician group.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of problem solving and process improvement methodology.
  • Ideal candidate has some experience with project management or otherwise facilitating groups of people that don't report directly to them.

  • Understands basic components of change management

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Experience:

  • 3+ years of healthcare clinical or administrative experience.
  • Skills related to effective operations management, including strong work ethic, attention to detail, time management, ability to prioritize, problem solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Experience working in or with practice management
  • Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
  • Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project management software, and MS-Office applications.

Education/Licensure:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area.
  • Advance degree in applicable field (MBA, MPH, MHA) preferred
