Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking an Associate Program Manager to support our expanding business growth and the success of company projects. The Associate Program Manager will act as a key role in the company business achievement and growth, which includes the coordination with cross-functional teams, namely Sales teams, Product Management teams, Procurement teams, Production Management teams, etc. to ensure the customer demand fulfillment on time and customer's satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Lead a cross-functional team from Sales, Production, product management, and Purchasing Departments to deliver outstanding products to the market• Create a master schedule that captures and inter-connects the key functional deliverables as defined by the product development lifecycle and ensure the team delivers. Drive and lead development milestone checkpoints• Drive, coordinate, and monitor engineering programs including scheduling, planning, product and project cost analysis, early access, and first customer shipment• Drive cross-functional issue resolution ensuring issues are identified, owned, and resolved. Ensure issues are escalated to the appropriate functional leaders• Identify and implement product development process improvement initiatives• Ensure the success of OEM accounts/Standard products• Responsible for program development, communications, training, financial analysis and budgeting• Coordinate production to rearrange overall resources according to changing needs based on stock levels, delivery times, and performance evaluation• Plan, coordinate, and monitor Global OEM Materials between USA, Netherlands, and Taiwan to fulfill the customer orders• Monitor the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods• Develop strong business model and process by gaining new contracts, analyze Supply Chain Management problems and produce new solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with Master's degree is preferred in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields• 5 years of experience in the computer system applications, including 3 years of managerial experience and international procurement preferred• The ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and multiple internal work groups• The ability to coordinate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to optimize business models and cost structure; need to have computer or server hardware development experiences and knowledge• Exceptional project management skills• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills• Proven track record of managing projects and delivering on time• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop and implement new processes• Experience interfacing with product management, technical support• Ability to listen and simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences and prepare summaries for executives and stakeholders

Salary Range: $69,000 - $130,000
