As a Program Manager, you’ll join our growing team to support our global Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, and Finance Transformation & Analytics functions.The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working as a program manager leading cross-functional projects for a large, complex organization. We are seeking someone who is highly intellectual and analytical, and is capable of extracting salient information from disparate sources and effectively communicating insights verbally and visually to various stakeholders. In this role, you will develop a working knowledge of systems & data relied upon by the Order-to-Cash and Revenue team, and in doing so establish strong relationships with IT, Finance Transformation, Corporate Operations, Billing, Data, Analytics, and external vendors that are involved in various system initiatives. You’ll be responsible for the design and implementation of change management as it relates to system updates and changes that impact Finance and require appropriate user-acceptance testing to support high growth business initiatives, month-end close efficiency, and new product or program launches.Â
As a process & program leader, you are comfortable dealing with high levels of ambiguity, seeing around corners to identify blockers, making tradeoffs, and ensuring business needs are balanced against technical requirements. A strong bias for action, an ability to influence, and excellent analytical capability are essential to your success in this role.

The impact you will have:Â
- Work closely with the Finance team to develop a working knowledge of the financial systems, data, and business processes to elicit, document, analyze and identify process improvement opportunities and process automation requirements (e.g. process mapping and gap assessment; elements of a system implementation)
- Manage requirements independently based on business needs and facilitate associated meetings, working sessions and workshops.
- Facilitate integration planning and execution by understanding components and deliverables within a project plan to collaborate with functional SMEs to prioritize workstreams, define project plans, monitor progress against milestones across multiple work streams & coordinate cross-functional activities across various SMEs.Â
- Manage project risks and issues, ensure timely communication and escalation to senior leadership, and facilitate timely closure of issues and mitigation of risks
- Implement standardized processes for requirements drafting and develop a scalable UAT process for changes to revenue operations & recognition processesÂ
- Work with team members to resolve issues, coordinating activities of a project team which may include individuals from multiple teams, departments, and locations.
- Act as a liaison between business owners and technology resources to address questions and translate business needs for the development of new processes and maintenance of existing processes
What we look for:
- 5+ years of technical program/project/relationship management experience
- Minimum of 7 years of Project/Program Management (PMP certification preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on business analyst experience in waterfall and agile environments
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Functional experience in the Finance/Accounting, ideally in the areas of Order to Cash operations and/or Revenue Recognition operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to complete projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
- Experience defining projects, identifying risks, managing cost, coordinating scope, identifying dependencies, scheduling and deploying new products and features
- Experience creating and cascading processes through an organization
- Experience using Jira
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or advanced technical degree
- Knowledge of product development process (PDP) and lifecycle
- Experience with large scale software and cloud native infrastructure such as SFDC, NetSuite,Â
- Knowledge and understanding of SQL, tableau, and other data analytics tools
- Previous hardware or software development experience is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma certified
