Required Skills:

• Typically has 10 years of IT work experience, including five (5) or more years managing projects in multiple technology and business functions and three (3) years of leadership experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification.
• Five (5) or more years managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams.
• Seven (7) or more years utilizing project software such as Microsoft Project, Planisware, Sciforma, Primavera, Jira, etc., to track and maintain complex projects.
• Five (5) or more years developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules based on work breakdown structures.
• Five (5) or more years of experience with PMO methodologies and documentation, meeting facilitation and documentation, creating and presenting internal and external status reports, and risk and issue management.
• Experience with completing project deliverables within the scope, schedule, costs, and quality constraints.
• Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives.
• Ability to provide effective communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience creating presentations and presenting to stakeholders and
• Experience providing excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
• Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management.
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations Certified.
• Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base.
• Experience developing and managing schedules for multiple projects.
• Experience managing waterfall projects.
• Experience with state government projects.
• Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment.
