About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager-Pricing and Business Operations, who will work cross-functionally at Innovaccer with product, finance, legal, sales etc. on highly impactful projects ranging from Point of Sales to Innovaccer’s Pricing Strategy to name a few. This is a highly impactful role that will work on the most pressing strategic initiatives at Innovaccer with high visibility.

A Day in the Life

• Ability to lead both at the strategic level and also manage tactically day-to-day operations by diving deeply into business and technical domains
• Make data driven-decisions at scale through tracking and reporting resolution progress to senior stakeholders and leaders until solutions are implemented
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to drive high impact business projects
• Drive efficiency and transparency in processes
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
• Spin-up new initiatives to drive growth
• Be the strategic contributor to our most critical scaling initiatives and develop processes, metrics, and products

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience
• Go-getter attitude and comfort with fuzziness
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and project management skills
• Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects independently end-to-end
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds
• Experience in applying strategic frameworks and tools for analyzing strategic problems and developing strategies 
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong MS excel capabilities and experience with packaging different models
