Program Manager, Process and Systems

The Program Manager, Process and Systems will lead complex, multi-functional programs within Service Delivery and across Zayo. The Program Manager will act as a coordinator to ensure related projects across the organization benefit each other and align with overall business goals.

You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be responsible for process engineering and development and liaising with IT to support automation, efficiency and over-arching data strategies. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management. The successful candidate should also be familiar with Network Systems of Record for both fiber plant and circuit details.

Responsibilities

• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.

• Creating and managing long-term goals.

• Working cross functionally to develop and fine tune processes in support of Delivery Teams.

• Writing program funding and resourcing proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.

• Managing cross functional teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

• Ensuring Service Delivery’s goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.

• Implementing and working with colleagues to manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions that impact teams across Zayo.

• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

• Analyzing program and project risks.

• Working cross functionally to develop strategy and ensure programs are in support of the strategy and goals.

• Collaborating with immediate team members to manage the organization's change management capacity while moving the team forward to achieve our goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.

• PMP, PPM, or other similar Program Management certification 

• Experience with M6 and/or GESmallworld is preferred

• Proven stakeholder management skills.

• Proven experience managing a team.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Experience using or supporting network documentation software.

• Comfortable communicating with Executive leadership regularly.

Base pay range: $75,500 - $110,660 commensurate with experience.
