Job Description
Figma is looking for a Strategic Program Manager to help us scale the way we launch new products within the Product Marketing team. You will work across the various product and product marketing pillars to ensure cross-functional communication collaboration and end-to-end product launch coordination.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:

Lead our Tier 1 and 2 launches with the relevant product marketer and be the cross-functional dot-connector

Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to define and update roadmap timelines and launch calendar opportunities

Partner with Product Marketing and broader marketing teams to help streamline the way that we bring new products to market

Own cross-functional communication of our product launches
-
Own key cross-product touchpoints like the marketing launch calendar and monthly product newsletter
-
Create templates and tools that improve our product launch processes
-
Build relationships as a liaison to both regional and global teams to understand GTM plans identify gaps and brainstorm solutions

Work with launch teams to establish KPIs to quantify success and measure progress regularly.

Monthly reporting of launch readiness or post-launch execution against KPIs

Build excitement around successful launches and encourage knowledge sharing across teams.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

8+ years in program management or a related role
-
Experience project managing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
-
Demonstrated ability to learn new products and industries—unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical details
-
Excellent cross-communication and collaboration experience
While it’s not required it’s an added plus if you have:
-
Experience in Program management within a marketing function
-
Experience with Design tools
