Program Manager – Quantum Safe

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for program management throughout the program life cycle. This role for a defined scope of the program leads the overall program framework planning establishes controls monitoring of progress coordinates program key tasks owns stakeholder communication and business deliverables attainment.
• Programs are missioned to coordinate direct and implement projects and/or transformation activities to achieve outcomes and benefits of strategic importance to the business and program sponsor.
• The role leverages proven program management methodology strong collaboration communication and problem-solving skills.
• Provides program strategic guidance program support and oversees all program deliverables.
• Collaborate across the organization and other stakeholders as required to meet program objectives.
• Advise Management and Executives of strategic and tactical decisions along with overall business program results.
• While programs are primarily internal depending on the program mission and stakeholders the program manager may need interact with external clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant project and / or program experience
• Technical expertise and experience in cybersecurity and cryptography
• Must have strong practical experience in project management gained through managing large and complex projects or programs.
• Must possess strong planning skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills critical thinking and risk management skills.
• Applied level of expertise in Design Thinking Agile methods

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• PMI certification is desired.
• Background in security domain or cyber security
• Knowledge of Quantum Computing fundamentals
• Team leadership coaching mentoring.
