About this role:

This role serves as a Program Manager for ongoing management of critical sales enablement programs, tools and reporting for global Research and Advisory organization to support growth and retention goals for Global Technology Sales (GTS) and Global Business Sales (GBS).

What you will do:

  • Scoping, implementing, and managing programs for the Global Research Business Operations team including (but not limited to): Global Sales Activity Prep Call Program and Role Tool Sales Enablement.
  • Strategic planning, execution and reporting across scalable programs supported by Research and Advisory resources to drive client growth and retention. Development and implementation of tools, systems, and processes to maximize the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of global programs.
  • Identify opportunities for innovative change and continuous enhancement of existing programs through ongoing review, data analysis and survey feedback.
  • Create project plans including detailed setback schedules and milestones to successfully support each initiative.
  • Works independently within Research and Advisory and with cross-business unit stakeholders.
  • Establish and execute multi-channel internal communication strategy (internal) collaborating with key stakeholders, to ensure visibility, findability of programs and tools for GBS and GTS Sales
  • Maintain an excellent general understanding of Gartner's evolving content and product portfolio; specifically, the new Role-Based products.
  • Integrate and present feedback from multiple channels, to create analysis and drive continuous improvement to processes/program/etc.
  • Apply program management to multiple work streams to ensure project(s) deliver as expected utilizing resources efficiently to maximize the impact to the business.
  • Ongoing management/streamlining of key metrics and reporting across key programs and tools.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years' experience planning, leading, and executing programs within a large, complex global organization with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Demonstrated track record and experience working in a complex and fast paced global work environment preferably in Sales Enablement, Operations, Corporate Marketing, Program Management, or Product Management
  • Excellent written, speaking, and listening skills; possess the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within the organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing effective strategies, processes, and programs.
  • Demonstrated track record managing processes, projects, and programs in a global workforce environment.
  • Relentless attention to detail required.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills required.
  • Experience with navigating conflict and managing escalation, as required.
  • Solid understanding and usage of analytical tools and reporting tools.
  • Experience selling or working with sales directly.
  • Experience with Microsoft software including Excel, Word, PPT and Project. Also has a solid understanding and usage of databases, analysis tools, and standard reporting tool.
