What does a Outstanding Program Manager Requirements Writer do?
As a Program Manager Requirements Writer, you will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of Credit Risk clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems, contribute input to business solutions, and manage project implementations. This includes managing and driving the Project Requirements, Schedule, Risk and Issue Management, and Scope Change Management.
What you will do:
- Concentrate and thinks through end-to-end activities that create value for customers, while removing unnecessary non-value added work.
- Help the organization improve the way in which it conducts its functions and activities to reduce overall costs, provide more efficient use of scarce resources, and better support customers.
- Consult with the customer on how to best support their area through the effective use of current technology.
- Liaise between the business side of an enterprise and the IT department or external service providers.
- and communicate these business wants/needs in a clear and unambiguous manner.
- Focuses primarily on Functional Requirements which describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirement(s).
- . Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This individual will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure.
What you will have to have:
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Proficient in Microsoft Project and or Microsoft Project Server
What will be nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years progressive management experience, including management of major projects, in a large operating environment. PMP preferred.
