Justworks is looking for a Program Manager focused on New Hire Onboarding to join our growing Revenue Enablement organization. As a member of Revenue Enablement, your primary responsibility will be to optimize the learning experience for newly hired members of the Revenue Organization. You will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Business Development teams to ensure the programs supporting new hires are achieving their full potential and meeting expectations.

Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On

  • Conduct organizational and program level needs analysis to identify development needs and target program goals
  • Lead cross-functional working groups including subject matter experts, business partners, and executive sponsors in the establishment, planning, and implementation of training initiatives.
  • Own training-related projects and workstreams, including developing project charters, timelines, milestones, metrics, and other measurements of success.
  • Communicate training needs to management and consistently look for iterative ways to improve training processes
  • Provide ongoing updates of project/program status, issues, results, and impact to department leads 
  • Identify areas of opportunity to update and enhance learning materials to meet the changing needs of the organization and goals of the program 
  • Work closely with internal team members to establish, document and maintain consistent processes and best practices.
  • Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of L&D and/or Enablement experience - ideally in a enterprise level fintech, HR tech, or multi-product SaaS company
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perspectives, collaborate with senior leadership and other business partners, identify industry trends, learning needs, and corresponding solutions
  • Self-starter with proven track record of taking initiative and working independently to drive organizational goals forward
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail and high administrative skills
  • Aptitude for learning new products and helping to break down complicated topics and explain them in simple terms people can understand
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to any problem you face, and know how to organize and prioritize your workload
  • Familiarity with industry training tools such as Zoom, Zendesk, Talkdesk, Confluence, Gong.io, Highspot, Articulate, Jira or similar products

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $115,000.00 to $126,500.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
