Equifax is looking for a Program Manager to join our Sales Enablement Team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the sales training program through all verticals and job functions in the USIS Business Unit. This includes curriculum customization, planning in-person and virtual classroom events, tracking enrollments, completions, and proficiency gains using best-in-class tools and technology. This position follows a hybrid work environment and requires in-office presence.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the sale/product training program aligns with business objectives and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and customize sales skill development curriculum to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams, working closely with strategic vendors to design, develop, and deliver training modules and content
  • Track and report on training program metrics, including enrollments, completions, and proficiency gains
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, developing relevant content and ensuring a smooth transition into the sales team
  • Participate in annual planning and budgeting activities, contributing insights and recommendations based on training program needs
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the training program through feedback and data analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and development

What experience you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working in sales enablement, project management or similar
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Brainshark, Gainsight, etc.
  • Proven ability to develop onboarding content and coordinating learning paths
