Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Standards Operations or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in operations management, compliance, governance or a related role.
- Program Management certification or experience in Program Management with a technology company or 5 years of experience in Financial Compliance or Compliance management.
- Experience leading and managing large-scale, multiple, simultaneous compliance and risk management awareness.
- Strong communication skills and a data driven analytical approach towards solving challenges.
- Excellent compliance and operational governance skills, and has a strong sense of focus, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Oversee and manage organizational resources, relative RFPs, financial management and vendor SLAs. Ensure resources are utilized effectively and allocated appropriately.
- Design, implement, and monitor operational workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations across different verticals and the wider organization.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas requiring attention.
- Assist in developing and managing the operational budget, tracking expenses, providing regular reports on financial performance.
