Become a Program Manager for Bloomreach! We are building a dedicated team for the Content PaaS/On Prem Business Unit, for a product that has 150+ customers worldwide. Become a part of our Product Team, and work out of our Bratislava or Brno office, or from home on a full-time basis.
As a Program Manager, you are going to be the first program manager in the team working with customers, product managers, and the professional services team on a daily basis. Youâll be responsible for customer version upgrades and Content PaaS to SaaS migrations. Â
This is a great opportunity for Junior Project Managers who want to take the next step in their careers and create and own this new Program.
What youâll be doing
- Partner with customers to understand their objectives and business goalsÂ
Own all initiatives related to problems and opportunities for our customers regarding version upgrades and PaaS to SaaS migration to make version upgrades and migrations smoother for customers
Facilitate customer communications for upgrades and migrations
Guide product management and technical services teams to build product capabilities, features, plugins or addons for smoother upgrades and migrations
Handle projects that are complex cross-team, cross-functional initiatives. Collaborate with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define achievements and manage resources. Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to project stakeholders.
Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when vital. Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective. Develop broad domain and technical knowledge.
Define and document detailed project plans and requirements to manage technical design, architecture, and implementations for customer deliverables
Communicate these project plans and requirements to all Stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Tech Services, Account Management and Customers) for sign off
Required skills
Experience in project management. Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and able to apply them where best suited
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding emotional intelligence.
Ability to influence and empower people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships
Strong organizational skills to balance multiple, contending priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of the highest priority items
Strong technical background, strong project and program skills, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Relevant work experience, including project or program management experience
Experience collaborating with developers/engineering teams
Familiar with Content Management Systems
BS in Engineering or Computer Science or commensurate technical experience desirable but not required
