Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Strategy and Operations, or Customer Engineering.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, systems, and operations teams.
- Experience designing sales workflows, processes, and systems requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Experience in data analytics (SQL) and financial modeling.
- Ability to successfully navigate and influence stakeholders within a complex business environment.
- Problem-solving and project management skills, including experience in executing cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives.
About the job
As a Google Workspace (GWS) Program Manager, you are the subject matter expert on tools and processes used by Small and Medium Business (SMB) GWS sellers, customer engineers, and partner sales managers. You will assess current workflows and tools to develop a strategy to improve the experience of SMB GWS customer-facing roles. You will combine quantitative and analytical expertise with business acumen to design optimal sales workflows and drive internal tools development. You work cross-functionally, partnering both internally and externally to develop and execute strategy. You will have exposure and visibility to executives and be sought out as a trusted advisor by cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Partner with SMB Sales, SMB Sales Ops, Cloud Systems, Engineering, and Data Science teams to implement changes to sales workflows and systems.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to shape workflows and tool enhancements for the SMB Sales function.
- Lead efforts to have SMB GWS tool requirements prioritized, developed and launched.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across partner teams, addressing concerns and removing roadblocks to drive projects forward.
