Job Summary:
This individual will support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on all special project assignments. They will be responsible for collecting data, managing milestones, creation and support of documentation, financial review and modeling, and supporting the staffing of critical roles associated with each project. A project management background and experience will help this individual be successful in this role.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties or vendors as needed.
- Ensure projects stay on time, proactively checks in with process owner to ensure timeliness.
- Breaks down barriers for issues that may stall project progression.
- Develops project timelines, scopes and objective and milestones.
- Ensuring all supporting functions are available to support project, including technical feasibility, resources, or site logistics (availability and allocation).
- Hold daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings to track project plan and progress.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of eight years of project management or project support experience; within HR or a similar field preferred.
- Financial review and modeling experience.
- Microsoft Office background and experience.
- Ability to travel regularly, including internationally.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Outstanding organization skills.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.
(California only***) Targeted full-time salary range between $116,799 and $147,268 + benefits.
