Program Manager (Starknet)

We are looking for a Program Manager focused on the Starknet ecosystem who will support various teams & projects at Nethermind. Work alongside some of the greatest minds in the blockchain ecosystem and build the future of Web3 together with us!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple Starknet projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget.

• Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation. Keep staffing records up to date for current and future initiatives.

• Serve as the primary contact and manage the relationship and communication with clients and all stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered to their satisfaction and expectations.

• Collaborate with the group business and technical leadership and to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams including engineering product marketing and business development.

• Identify analyze and mitigate project risks. Develop risk management plans and conduct regular project risk assessments.

• Help teams prioritize their backlog and lead the product roadmap initiative while working closely with clients and stakeholders.

• Ensure project management and programming craft best practices are followed in the teams by being an example to follow.

• Manage up to ensure the relevant people are always informed about key activities and developments in teams & projects.

• Lead and manage the hiring & staffing process effectively to meet the teams’ strategic goals.

• Maintain and manage projects’ financials for past current and future initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Starknet and the broader blockchain ecosystem.

• Collaborate with the business development (bizdev) team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Assist in the preparation of pre-sales materials presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

• Contribute to the company's project management best practices and PMO department.

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools methodologies & best practices.

• Knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle and software architecture.

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology Ethereum and Layer 2 solutions specifically Starknet.

• Experience mentoring coaching and developing rising talent in the technology field.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical reporting and budgeting skills.

• Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

• Experience in a sales or business development role within the technology sector.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in blockchain

• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and other blockchain use cases.

Nice to have:

• Experience with smart contract development and blockchain protocol implementation.

• Understanding of Starknet and its roadmap

• Understanding of ZK-Rollups and L2s
