The Crown Is Yours
As a Program Manager specializing in Talent Development, you will play a key role in driving our talent strategy by designing and managing programs that promote career growth, leadership development, and succession planning. In this role, you will collaborate with HR business partners, subject matter experts, and leaders across the organization to create programs, processes, and tools that enhance employee potential and foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and performance.
What you'll do as a Program Manager
- Design and implement programs and tools to prepare key leaders for future roles including development plans, coaching, mentoring and stretch assignments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of talent development programs, using AI and automation tools to improve program design, execution, and tracking.
- Design and facilitate career development workshops that support employee career progression and skill-building.
- Support talent management processes to identify key talent and build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Develop career growth programs including career pathing frameworks and internal mobility tools, contributing to manager development initiatives where needed.
- Manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and resources to deliver impactful development experiences.
- Leverage LMS systems, e-learning platforms and Workday to enhance program delivery and integrate development programs into HR systems and processes.
- Champion a culture of growth and continuous learning, using data analytics and AI to drive insights and improvements.
- Ensure all programs are inclusive, innovative, measurable and aligned to business objectives.
What you'll bring
- At least 7 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or a similar HR role.
- Proven ability to design and execute large-scale talent development programs, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of career development frameworks; experience with talent marketplace platforms and AI tools to personalize career development content a plus.
- Proficiency in managing LMS systems, e-learning tools, Workday and vendor relationships.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire leaders at all levels..
- Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring program impact and making data-informed decisions.
- High level of collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across departments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 115,200.00 USD - 144,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
