As the Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, you'll partner closely with the Senior Director of Talent, DEI Leadership team , and Talent Management team as a whole while participating and leading DEI initiatives to ensure the organization is meeting the global strategic HR goals . You'll be relied upon for your expertise in DEI and ability to strategize and implement overarching programs.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Serve as a DEI consultant and subject matter expert to key stakeholders
- Co-create DEI strategy aligned to business outcomes
- Drive DEI strategy, metrics, and communication strategy, being mindful of audiences
- Develop Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Team (LT)and ERG sponsors onboarding program
- Partner with Corporate Communications to co-author DEI Newsletters
- Facilitate ERG Townhalls, DEI LT meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Partner with external consultant and DEI LT to evolve and update DEI strategic framework
- Research industry DEI best practices and pitch ideas to the DEI LT
- Oversee DEI coordinator responsibilities
- Drive integrated DEI solutions in partnership with Global Talent Management, and other key strategic partners to deliver against regional talent priorities
YOU ARE
- Able to quickly build relationships and trust with multiple stakeholders
- Able to analyze complex data and tailor it for multiple audiences
- Able to understand cultural nuances within and among regions
- Communication savvy across all mediums
- Self-directed and capable of operat ing independently , and with discretion
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of professional experience and proven mastery of DEI-focused technical or business skills required to accomplish the job
