Amplitude’s Partner Ecosystem is made up of the best-in-class consultancies, agencies and technology providers globally. We are looking for a Program Manager to help scale our Technology Partner Ecosystem. You will be managing a collection of partners from recruitment through partner onboarding and be responsible for setting the strategy and direction of the partnerships in the Technology Partner Program to drive revenue for Amplitude. Amplitude’s Partner Program Team is critical in laying the foundation for the Partner Ecosystem and enabling a frictionless partner experience, all with the goal of delivering impactful business outcomes for clients. Program Managers develop relationships and collaborate relationships across cross-functional teams, work closely with Partners and prospective partners to understand the business value Amplitude brings and the broader vision of what we are building. The Program Manager will also build and execute on scalable partner motions, and contribute to driving revenue through a mixture of marketing initiatives and sales collaboration.
 As a Partner Program Manager, you will:Â- Manage the Partner lifecycle for a portfolio of Integration & Technology Partners
- Recruitment: Help develop and maintain processes for recruiting partners. Establish clear joint value propositions for partners
- Onboarding: Monitor onboarding milestones of new partners
- Collaborate with team members across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product & Partnerships to address Amplitude and partner needs
- Grow, recruit, and manage a portfolio of integration partners that help broaden and enhance Amplitude’s Digital Analytics Platform
- Drive net new pipeline sourced from your partners through packaged, scalable joint go-to-market activities and sales collaboration
- Continuously seek to build on and improve the operational processes that support and enable the Partnerships Team
- Be the subject matter expert of your portfolio of partners and their business
- 5 years of technology partnership experience and strong expertise in program and project managementÂ
- Experience managing scalable marketing or co-sell programs
- Uses data to make decisions about priorities
- Loves to solve complex problems and design processes
- A doer, with a bias for execution
- Motivated to exceed partner engagement and revenue targets
- Knowledge of the Product Management or Analytics, Experimentation & Growth landscape is preferred.Â
- An entrepreneurial mindset to build new partnerships, create new categories, and make an impact
- A passion for collaborating with colleagues in a team centric environment

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado: Colorado range: $126,000 - $190,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals will work for Amplitude in New York City: New York City salary range: $140,000 - $210,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude California: California salary range: $140,000 - $210,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state: Washington salary range: $126,000 - $190,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
